I ordered a couple of products, kind of scared of how they would arrive as I read reviews here. But everything was in perfect condition and I did not receive spam emails either so far.
I ordered the almond flour, detox tea, and women vitamins. The vitamins are a bit big but they are easy to swallow.

First delivery - 12 pack of monsters £16 with £4 delivery, 2 were damaged and had to be thrown out, received a refund for the 2 cans, didn't take delivery cost into consideration though.

Second delivery - 36 pack of monster, damaged beyond repair in transit

Retried the second delivery - damaged beyond repair in transit

Sent a refund without consulting me how I wished to proceed, 2 weeks wasted, the damage was the fault of Hermes/Evri, but if they're consistently doing this then another delivery provider should be used.

A very disappointed regular customer.
My parcel went missing from the courier service, no help provided, the shop says the parcel has arrived, which is not true, I work in home-office mode and I am at home all the time and the parcel is still not here today, I am terribly disappointed with the customer approach of such a large company from which I have ordered products so often. I am considering whether to take this complaint further.

Decided to order despite the bad reviews as I thought they were a bit unfounded. My order came in less than a week , well packed , with tracking even tho its a standard delivery.

In terms of prices I thought they were good compared to other sites . Prices are rising everywhere ! So sadly the prices on body&fit would be considered the new "cheap"

Depending on how the supplements make me feel I I'll reorder again

I bought amino perfection BCAA, Whey Perfection both with raspberry flavour and it is the worse thing i have ever tasted. I used the right amounts of water even added milk and it was still so acidic and the most industrial flavour i have ever tasted. Do they not check for quality control. What should be a pleasure to take is a pain. Even the protein bars are not good enough (cookie & dough flavour). Overall I think the shop is ok but their products are AWFUL and OVERPRICED. Result = I wasted like 65€ in these trash 100% chemical powders

Made an order March 28, but parcel hasn't moved since March 29. Was asked to wait, but have been chasing them since April 5th as my trip is coming up and I wanted to have the ordered products by then. They were fast to respond by asking me to wait, but now when nothing has happened and I need them to investigate they have just dropped off the planet. Very frustrating... Have emailed them every day, but no response. Tried reaching out via IG as well, but nothing! Hope I will get my product, but will not order from them again :(

Update: FINALLY received my parcel on April 19, but have not received any response from their CS, so will keep my review at one star and as mentioned earlier that will never make another order through them.

There was a problem with my order and they responded very promptly within 1 business day and sorted it. Shipping is from the Netherlands (I'm in the UK) but pretty quick (delivered within 3 days) and they provide all tracking details. Their Low Calorie Bars are divine (especially the cookie flavour). For anyone who needs protein for their workouts or is simply trying to lose weight and needs a filling, low calorie snack or meal replacement, these bars are much recommended (and good value for money).

Hard to be objective! For delivery I will give them high 4 stars but costumer support less then one star if that would be possible
Try to contact them on instagram cause they do not provide mail contact, and nobody reply!
Prices are strange and understandable. If I order one product when I am in Germany I pay for it less then 6 euros and if I order tha same thing to Croatia it costs me 15 euros

This is illegal and not fair for customers

Placed my order late on 21st January and received it on the 27th. Great communication emails to track my parcel from Holland to the UK. I did contact customer service and received a response within 12 hours.

I can see people have had issues but mine was great and would definitely use them again as their prices are competitive. I also had 20% off my first order via email subscription.

Never had any problems with them fast delivery and always arrived well packaged.

I have been using their website for really long time. They always have the best prices and cute litte gifts if you spend much. Once I had a problem with the transporter (product came damaged), but Body&Fit was super quick to solve the problem and resent me another new product. I really recommend them.

I phoned up rather worried as my email address was wrong I spoke with a lovely lady called Katie who was very helpful. She looked into the matter right away and explained what had happed. We also had a good chat about Christmas ;) great customer service :D excellent company!

Worst experience with this company, after many problems and delay taking the product I told them that i need a refund and its been a month and a half and till now they didn’t even return back my money.
